That time of the year is coming where it’s starting to get cold and soon the snow will start to fall.  Just because it’s cold outside doesn’t mean that your relationships and dates can’t remain steamy.  Many people have trouble thinking of exciting date ideas once it’s too cold to go outside.  But really, there are only so many movies and restaurants you can go to.  Here are a couple ideas for some fun cold weather dates.

Ice Skating
Even if you’re not very good, it’s a great way to get some exercise, and hang onto your sweetie for support.

Skiing/Snowboarding/Snow tubing
These options are a little more expensive, but they are great fun.  Take lessons together if you’ve never gone before.  Snuggle up together on the ski lift while taking in the scenery.

Bowling
This is a little more conservative, and it’s indoors.  It’s great to get a group of people together and compete for the highest score.

Indoor Movie Night
Rent a bunch of movies, make some popcorn, and snuggle in for the night on the couch.  This is even more fun if you get a bunch of warm-weather beach type movies to make you feel nice and toasty.

Game Night
Old fashioned board games, or modern video games.  Grab a bunch of friends for risk, monopoly, trivial pursuit, or monopoly.  Or buy a couples game and a bottle of wine and indulge in a romantic evening.

Go Sledding
Kids aren’t the only ones who can enjoy sledding!  Pick up a sled, or even a piece of cardboard or a trash bag, and hit the hills with your sweetie.  It’s even more fun if you get a two person sled and steer the rudders together.

Read Together, or To Each Other
Snuggle up on the couch with a good book.  Or you can even find a book you both like, and take turns reading chapters or pages to each other.  If you know each other well, find a book of erotic stories to read to each other.

Be Creative
What are your passions?  Make a scrapbook together, design a website, give each other massages, or join a gym together.  The possibilities are endless!  Fuel your passions and introduce your mate to things you enjoy.  Or… there’s always the restaurants and the movies.
